Happy Tuesday everyone! Here's a sneak peek of one of the recipes that will be added to the new LLH Book!

To get you excited we want to share this yummy recipe! It's just one simple beverage with over a hundred health benefits. Crazy. These simple ingredients have shown promise in preventing skin cancer. It's rich in antioxidants, which means it also improves the texture of your skin giving you that glow you've been searching for!

Prep Time: 15 Minutes   Servings: 1

  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 1 inch ginger peeled and chopped
  • 1 inch turmeric root peeled and chopped
  • 1 whole cinnamon stick
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 dandelion root tea bag (optional)
  • 1 tbs of manuka honey (optional)

In a medium pot, bring water to a simmer, add turmeric,cinnamon and ginger. Simmer for 10 minutes. 

Remove from heat and add tea bag, lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.

Can serve immediately or allow to cool and store in fridge for a cool beverage.
