Pretty 'n' Pink Smoothie

My Barbie-approved pink smoothie that’s refreshing for the summer. Find my video recipes on Instagram and TikTok.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut water (Harmless Harvest)

  • 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk (Malk)

  • ½ cup plain coconut yogurt (Cocoyo)

  • 1 scoop Further Food vanilla collagen peptides

  • 1 scoop Simply Tera’s vanilla honey goat whey protein

  • 1 cup frozen watermelon cubes

  • 1/2 frozen raspberries

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds (Manitoba Harvest)

  • Toppings: more frozen raspberries, mint

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to the Beast Blender. Pulse for 10 sec.

  2. Top with raspberries and mint.
